Show good but over priced
The show was good. The parking is outrageous the items to buy for kids are out ragious in price as week. The poor people of the world can not afford that. You pay for a family of 4 already before u walk in the door is 120 for tickets 20 for parking. Cotton candy 5 dollars at an ice hockey game 18 dollars at Disney. Toys 40 dollars so u have 2 kids toys another 70 bucks cotton candy another 26 bucks. They’re taking people over the Cole’s just for the name. Give people a break in these hard times. Remember prices are going up but peoples pay checks are not.
Well done!
It's crazy to hear that people were disappointed with the show. The kids we were with were mesmerized during the whole show (ages 5 and under). We adults really enjoyed it as well! I wish the sound was a little better/more clear; but other than that, I have zero complaints whatsoever. Disney continues to create exceptional performances and keep imaginations running.
2025 was almost magical
We’ve attended every year, and it has always been beyond exciting and magical. However, this year’s 2025 show was less thrilling. There were fewer big props, a lot of acrobatics, and far fewer dancers—leaving duos to inadequately carry the weight of the performance. The show also ran a little over 10 minutes shorter than usual. One improvement, though, was the audience interaction. That part was genuinely memorable, especially for the lucky kids who got to participate—it gave them a moment to truly cherish. I’d recommend incorporating more of that throughout the show. One downside remains: the incredibly pricey vendor items.
Show was great but SAP security a disappointment
We bought 3rd row tickets for 4 of us and the show was great. However we were threatened by the family behind us and when reported to security, staff moved us to row 16 rather than dealing with the threat that we experienced . Our littles could hardly see the show and it ruined the experience. Maybe it’s just San Jose?
CONFUSED AND DELIGHTED
The show was pretty good but I was disappointed that Mickey Mouse wasn't an actual mouse. I mean, come on! MOUSE is in his name! For the ticket price I paid I would expect the show producers to AT LEAST be able to use science to create a gigantic mouse and train it to skate. The nachos were decent.
Repeat of previous years
If you love the original frozen, then by all means go. We’ve been to this show every year and it seems for the past 3 years, frozen dominates the show and it’s the same frozen show every year with some other songs rushed in. They need to change it up. Other than that, we enjoyed it, our kids loved it.
